Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Cloudhire Sales Platform (the "Service") operated by CloudHire. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized use
The Service is provided exclusively for authorized CloudHire employees and contractors with approved @cloudhire.ai or @fromcloudhire.com Google accounts. You must use the Service only for legitimate CloudHire business purposes and in compliance with company policies.
Account security
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or circumvent access controls. Report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator immediately.
Customer data
Information about customers entered into the Service must be accurate and handled in accordance with CloudHire privacy practices and applicable law. Misuse of customer data may result in revocation of access and disciplinary action.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" for internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, CloudHire disclaims warranties not required by applicable law.
